Keerthan Singhvi

Bangalore-based operator. Builds the ops layer at early-stage startups.

Who I am

Family business kid turned startup operator. Spent my first year out of college in a Founder's Office role at Contineu that didn't come with a manual (or a job description). Most of what I know about working with people, solving problems, and staying calm when things break, I learned before college. The Founder's Office just gave it a title.

The throughline: I'm most useful when the brief is half-written, the priorities keep shifting, and the deadline is close enough to force clarity. Early-stage teams, half-formed processes, real stakes.

Experience

Runable — Growth Intern (offered full-time)

Jan 2026 – Mar 2026 · Bengaluru

VC-funded Gen AI agent platform. Built and scaled Reddit growth and the affiliate program end-to-end. Shipped a full-stack affiliate management platform with 170+ commits — Claude API persona assignment, Telegram bot pipeline, Cloudflare Workers proxy rotation, 4 scheduled cron jobs. Drove 15,000+ upvotes through strategic Reddit seeding in roughly six weeks. Managed 100+ affiliates end-to-end. AI-assisted development throughout; no prior engineering background.

Contineu — Founder's Office

Jun 2025 – Dec 2025 · Bengaluru

First non-technical hire at a construction-tech AI startup. Owned customer success, procurement, GTM, and everything that fell between the cracks. Built Customer Success from zero, trained 15+ engineers across eight sites with 100% process standardization, and drove a 60% reduction in client escalations. Handled procurement across Indian vendors and managed US imports — INR 7L saved through negotiation, zero compliance errors. Ran the early US expansion groundwork.

Kala The Art — Manager, Family Business

Ran the family retail store end-to-end starting at age thirteen. Seven years of procurement, inventory planning, pricing, billing discipline, and customer handling. Sustained 15–20% year-over-year growth. The operational instincts come from here, not from a case study.

Puzzles Living — Operations & Growth Intern

May 2024 – Jul 2024 · Bengaluru

Campus housing startup. Small team, short stint, zero room to hide. Generated 20L+ annualized revenue impact through targeted lead-gen experiments. Increased occupancy by roughly 20%.

Christ University — BBA Finance · Leadership

Aug 2022 – Mar 2025 · Bengaluru

Sponsorship Head for Esprit, one of India's largest management fests. Built and trained a 25+ member sponsorship team; secured marquee sponsors including The Hindu and Third Wave Coffee. Partner at A-Quant Finance Club. Trained 80+ students in Excel and financial fundamentals.

How I operate (doctrine)

  • Systems beat heroics. If a process depends on someone being a hero, it's not a process yet.
  • Operational polish is unglamorous. Billing, handoffs, and documentation decide whether trust compounds or evaporates.
  • Ambiguity isn't a blocker. It's usually the part before structure.
  • Tools are multipliers, not identities. The stack changes every six months; the instinct to build shouldn't.
  • The useful move is rarely the visible one. Renegotiating a vendor contract saves more than a strategy deck.
  • A good operator makes the room easier to think in.
